(Watertown, MA)  --  Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick is lifting the stay-indoors order put in place during the search for the marathon bombing suspect.  Residents of the Boston suburb of Watertown had been asked to stay indoors to give police as much room as possible to pursue [[ Joh-har Zar-nay-ahv ]].  Heavily armed officers searched door-to-door in the area and sometimes scrambled to secure blocks of the city, but there's still no arrest.
