ACCORDING TO A NEW STUDY, COFFEE MAY BE GOOD FOR YOUR EYES...

Have another cup of morning joe, new research finds coffee may be good for your eyes. U.S. researchers have found that an antioxidant in coffee called chlorogenic acid, or CLA, helps prevent retinal degeneration in mice. Researchers say the next step is to determine if coffee delivers CLA directly to the retina, and if so, create a specific brew of coffee for the eyes. One researcher says, "Coffee is the most popular drink in the world, and we are understanding what benefit we can get from that." (Fox)
