WORLD WAR TWO VET RECEIVES PURPLE HEART AT AGE 93: A South Florida man has received a Purple Heart at the age of 93 for his service in World War Two. Robert C. Bohm had been trying to claim the medal that's awarded for being killed or injured in action, but had been denied due to missing paperwork. Bohm's daughter found the missing paperwork inside an old suitcase and presented it to U.S. Army. Bohm was injured during the war by a mortar shell in a bomb blast. He was honored by Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen in a special ceremony last Saturday night in Miami.
