"There are none so blind as those who will not see." This old saying goes back to the 1500s. In 1546 a gentleman (I assume) by the name of J. Heywood said, "Understanding cannot be forced on someone who chooses to be ignorant." So this is nothing new. And it sure is alive and well in today's media and so-called political leaders. Case-in-point, President Trump calling out a part of Baltimore as a rat-infested cesspool. There is no dispute, the only insult here is to self-respecting cesspools. While Chicago and Detroit make most of the homicide headlines, Baltimore is the leader in THAT category (just below Juarez, Mexico overall). Fortunately Baltimore is only seventh in violent crime, however so they still have a way to go to be number-one in that department but I'm sure they're working on it. When you ignore a problem, like a fatal illness, it will get worse and that's what every inner city in America are doing if they're run by a liberal Democrat (excuse my redundancy). Oh, by the way, that section of Baltimore, which has a 25 percent poverty rate and has had for decades, is represented by that great American and Civil Rights leader from the 60s, Elijah Cummings. Congressman Cummings is now in his 13th term in that august body--nearly 30 years and the only thing that's changed in this portion of his district is that it's gotten worse. Those are the cold hard facts no matter how much you wish to apologize for it and explain it away. But, you see, Mr. Cummings is black just in case you didn't know. So putting these two things together, Donald Trump proved again, according to the lamestream media, he's a "vile racist." Just ask such towers of integrity like Congressman Jerry Nadler the man who's taking the Russian collusion hoax seriously.
The race industry, since Barry Sotoro (a-k-a Barrack Obama), is booming! So if you're conservative, white, Republican, or worse, all three...BOOM-BABY, you the scum of the earth and if you're black and a conservative Republican you're an "Uncle Tom" or "Aunt Tommi" I guess. The disgusting media meltdown is as typical as it is pathetic by ignoring "the elephant in the living room." Baltimore has some beautiful areas and some wonderful people; Johns Hopkins University (which is also in Cummings district we should point out) has a sterling reputation and their medical school is among the world's finest; the waterfront where Old Ironsides is anchored is a wonderful spot but we're not talking about those places and neither was President Trump. But you wouldn't know it from all the left wing cretins who should have their paychecks gift-wrapped in the media. The editorial pages in that well-known fish wrapper the Baltimore Sun are bright yellow criticizing the President over his remarks that "no human being wants to live there." Interesting that there hasn't been a Republican on Baltimore's city council since the legendary Johnny Unitas was quarterbacking the old Baltimore Colts--that was the 50s and early 60s. The last three mayors have resigned in disgrace--and what's the definition of "insanity?" You'd think that these so-called journalists could make a lot more money selling houses along the San Andreas Fault--"earthquakes?" they could ask a customer, "So what, just look at the view! And what a nice house this is!"
Rats are so bad in the city that even PBS aired a documentary called--not making this up--Rat Film. The aforementioned local news rag even ran stories about the perpetual rat infestation (maybe the reporters ought to speak with the editorial board). Just last year the now-resigned-in-disgrace former Baltimore mayor, Kathrine Pugh toured Baltimore and came to the very same conclusion of President Trump saying, "What the hell? We should just take all this s*** down--ohl you can smell the rats." When she came through the area one of the residents of 54 years said this was something new--the mayor's "Violence Reduction" program is sure needed. Once again, quoting from the PBS documentary, "Blocks of dilapidated buildings that helps to hide the addiction that's crippled this community." "Oh," said the mayor, "you can smell the dead animals." The mayor, mind you saying that it should all be torn down because of all the dead animals and garbage. Yet when that aired there was no controversy...nobody at BS-DNC, Communist News Network, Baltimore Sun going into apoplexy over it. The reason of course is, first of all, it's TRUE. Funny thing about the truth--people say they want to hear it but when they do, they're outraged. An old Spanish proverb sums it up, "tell the truth--then leave quickly." An Arab proverb says pretty much the same thing, "He who tells the truth should keep one foot in the stirrup." In other words, get ready to "get out of Dodge." The other reason there was no controversy is that the former mayor is a "woman of color" and , of course, a Democrat. By definition therefore she cannot be racist. But Donald Trump says essentially the very same thing and all hell breaks loose. Elijah Cummings is portrayed as a wonderful, caring, concerned public servant--don't forget he marched with Dr. Martin Luther King for Civil Rights. How could we forget--the media won't let us...and the race card always seems to have more power than a royal flush.
Fortunately this president doesn't get his knees bloody begging for forgiveness when the media and racebaters--but I repeat myself--make ridiculous accusations against him--he fires back something we've not seen in an elected official in some time and it's refreshing. Speaking the truth is NOT racist. Sir Winston Churchill put it best, "The truth is incontrovertible, ignorance may ridicule it and malice may deride it, but in the end....there it is." The truth doesn't give a rat's rump (speaking of rats) if you believe it or not--THERE IT IS! Another great American city ruined by liberal Dembulbs. As former talk show host Ken Hamblin "The Black Avenger" used to say, "Name one American city run by a liberal Democrat that is prospering." The answer is, "zero." If you, God forbid, got cancer and you didn't worry about it because it was contained to only your breast or prostate or wherever while the rest of your body was just peachy what do you think would happen? Do you think ignoring it would be a good equation? See you at your funeral. Cities letting this go on and making excuses for it is a public health disaster that will affect us all and infect us all. Where are the so-called "environmentalists" and health officials? This "racism" hoax has to stop whether you like the president or not!
