Jimmy Fallon, Junor

There's no doubt I have to get out more often! Just recently one of our new radio clients came in to record some commercial spots with me along with his PR lady, Neilie Dunn. For whatever reason we got around to discussing Halloween and costumes and she casually mentioned that her 8-year-old son Ryves (pronounced "Reeves") went trick-or-treating as Jimmy Fallon. Well, that got my interest since I found it hard to believe that not only did an 8-year-old know who Jimmy Fallon was but liked him well enough to go out Halloween night dressed as the well-known Tonight Show host. Turns out there's a Jimmy Fallon ride at Universal Studios in Orlando! I had no idea! So I had to ask for pictures and then Neilie told me that Ryves was also a thespian too. He's starring in Tut-Tut this weekend at the Savannah Children's Theater. No doubt I have to have this kid on the air. And you can enjoy our discussion here and I'll have him on the air tomorrow (Friday 11-08-19) at 7:45. Don't miss it. Can;t wait to see the play! Tut-Tut is about--who else?--the Boy King, King Tut of Egyptian fame and is a take off on Mark Twain's classic, The Prince and the Pauper. Tut meets a street urchin who could be his identical twin and--you guessed it--they swap places and hijinks ensues! By the way, this kid is so savvy and clever he wrote his own Jimmy Fallon Thank You Notes--a favorite feature on the show.

So meet Ryves Dunn...you can say one day, "I knew him 'when'!"
