CHATHAM CO., Ga. (WTOC) - Highway 17 is back open in Chatham County after a vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian Wednesday morning.
The wreck happened near the 5900 block of Highway 17, just south of 204. Chatham County Police confirmed a fatality was involved but has not released the person’s identity.
The Georgia State Patrol is investigating.
