What Do Successful People Eat for Breakfast?

Some people always skip breakfast while for others it's their favorite meal of the day. Science hasn't determined for sure whether or not eating breakfast really is as good for us as some people say, but Business Insider wanted to see what some successful people do when it comes to breakfast.


-Virgin Group founder Richard Branson -- Fruit salad and muesli

-Popeyes CEO Cheryl Bachelder -- steel-cut oatmeal at home or bacon, scrambled eggs and toast on the road

-Singer/actor Justin Timberlake -- scrambled egg with flax-seed waffles spread with almond butter

-Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey -- two hard-boiled eggs with soy sauce

-President Trump -- Not a big breakfast eater, but sometimes has bacon and eggs, cornflakes or an Egg McMuffin

-Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host Kelly Ripa -- yogurt and granola

-Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos -- Used to eat entire tube of Pilsbury biscuits, but stopped after his wife told him to look at the ingredients

-First Daughter (and senior presidential adviser) Ivanka Trump -- Her and her children have either Greek yogurt and berries or oatmeal sprinkled with toppings like chia seeds, berries, flax seed, goji berries, cinnamon, walnuts and almonds

-Microsoft founder Bill Gates -- Usually nothing, but sometimes Cocoa Puffs

-Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk -- Usually skips breakfast or has an omelette

-Russian President Vladimir Putin -- omelette or porridge with quail eggs
