A friend posted this on facebook: "While so much of the attention from Hurricane Michael has been on our friends on the Gulf Coast, let us not forget our friends in Southwest Georgia, specifically Donaldsonville. The eye of the storm moved right through this farming town packing winds of 115 mph. The damage sustained there was just as bad if not worse than Panama City. Donaldsonville holds the heart of Georgia's agricultural industry with its cotton and peanut farms now devastated. I ask all of you to pray for our neighbors in the Southwest corner of the greatest state in all the land. #GeorgiaStrong"
